Esta iniciativa insere-se nas actividades promovidas pelo concelho da Ribeira Brava no âmbito da Campanha Regional contra a Violência Doméstica, pretendendo-se alertar e prevenir para a relação quase directa existente entre os excessos verificados no consumo desta substância e a generalidade das situações de violência doméstica que ocorrem na Região.
Outro dos objectivos desta iniciativa consiste na captação e registo de imagens desta acção tendo por finalidade a produção posterior, por parte de um grupo de alunos do 8.º B, de um vídeo sobre o tema. A palestra será ministrada pelo Dr. Nelson Carvalho, do Serviço Regional de Prevenção de Toxicodependências da RAM.
O convite para participação nesta acção é extensivo a todos os elementos da nossa comunidade escolar.
